We are all busy with our lives, work, families, social interests, and/or commitments, or if retired, doing the stuff we never had time for while working. We ignore current politics, which is generally a good idea because a lot of it is the dumb arguing with the dumber. At the same time, we need to have our radar going all the time because often, there are political suggestions or movements, which, if implemented, have great potential to harm our finances, especially current or future retirements.
